All rooms are stylishly decorated with attention to detail. All rooms have TV and videos with a collection of new films as well as the classics. Big white fluffy towels, crisp Egyptian cotton sheets in addition to high quality toiletries are provided for your convenience and comfort.

Breakfast is served in the sunny dining room. A wide selection of fruits, cereals and yoghurts are available. Full English breakfast is also included. A selection of local and homemade produce is used whenever possible. (Specific dietary needs are catered for on request).

Occupying a central location within a 5 minute walk to the new "Thermae Bath Spa" (www.thermaebathspa.com), where you can while away 2 hours, 4 hours or a full day. We also offer a free booking service.

The Royal Crescent, Circus and the Royal Victoria Park are also a short walk. We are also a convenient base for surrounding places of interest. Stonehenge, Bradford on Avon, Cheddar, Wells and Longleat among many others.

 

Arriving by plane:
Heathrow: The fastest way is to take the "Heathrow Express" to Paddington, from where Intercity trains run to Bath. Less expensive and only slightly slower is the coach link to Reading station, from where you can catch the Bath Intercity. Even cheaper, but slower (approx. 2 hours 30 mins) is the
National Express coach link to Bath. Coaches depart from the "Central Bus Station" between Terminals 1, 2 and 3 (follow signs at Heathrow)S or let us arrange a taxi for you.

Other London Airports: Take a train to London and make your way to Paddington station by underground. Intercity trains to Bath run frequently. Or take one of the link coaches traveling to Heathrow and change at the Central Bus Station as above.

Bristol Airport: Take a coach into Bristol, from where buses and trains run frequently into Bath. Or you might prefer to take a taxi to Bath.

Arriving by train or coach/bus:
By Rail/Bus: a 10 minute walk from both stations, or a short taxi journey.

Arriving by road:
From motorway M4: Leave motorway at junction 18 (Bath) and follow signs for Bath. Once in Bath, follow signs for A4 Bristol/ Hospital, follow the A4 through the City Centre, as you pass Charlotte Street car park the road bends round to the right. Shortly after you will see a Smiles Local on your left shop and a pedestrian crossing. Bay Tree House is opposite.
