We are adjacent to a family run Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation sports clinic that has a wonderful Hydrotherapy pool; we can arrange a session of half an hour or more with or without our hydrotherapist. It is excellent for relieving stress, easing aches and pains or just for relaxation. There are various other facilities available, Beauty therapy, Physiotherapy, sports or Remedial Massage, Personal Fitness in our fully equipped Gymnasium, Steam capsule, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Plus fully computerised Health and Fitness Screening.
