Grove Lodge, 1788 is a fine, Grade II listed, Georgian villa and the home of an architect (Peter Richards) and his wife, a former teacher (Isabel Miles). The house is situated in an enclosed, green landscape setting with fine views and easy access to the city centre.

Breakfast is served in the sunny dining room overlooking the garden complete with resident squirrel.
There is a wide choice including; fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, continental or English breakfast. Gluten free and vegetarian diets are catered for with prior notice. Free range eggs and local organic produce is used when ever possible.

Prices for either double or twin rooms are from Ł60 to Ł72 per night and singles from Ł40 to Ł45 per night. Please contact us for family room rates.

We accept cash, GB pounds travellers cheques or UK cheques covered by cheque cards and ask for a deposit of 50% of the total of the anticipated cost, when booking. For deposits from overseas we will accept your currency cheques, hold them until your arrival and return them to you so that you can then pay us in full in GB pounds. We do not take any credit cards. Relax at Grove Lodge
It is important to relax on your holiday. We help you to do just that. We can book your taxis, advise on city restaurants or country pubs for a meal, suggest local places to visit or plan longer excursions. After a busy day sightseeing, we can offer you afternoon tea, a bottle of wine or a cool drink, whether you chose the shade of our apple tree in summer or inside by the fire when the weather is cooler. The perhaps an aperitif prior too an evening in the City, or a welcome night cap when you return. We look forward to meeting you and hope you will feel at home with us here in Bath.
