A LONG-established bath guest house has been singled out as one of the top bed and breakfasts in the country. Haydon house, in Bloomfield Park, has been awarded one of only four 1999 Superior B&B Awards in the newly published Which? Hotel Guide 1999. The five-bedroom Edwardian guest house is run by Alison and John Criddle, described in the guide as 'superbly attentive hosts'. Haydon House earns praise for its 'suprmemely comfortable' pink lounge, complete with magazines and celebrity and family pictures, while the garden is described as 'exquisite'. |
The comfortable bedrooms are commended, and the bloomfield Breakfast, including porridge with Scotch and Muscovado sugar is described as 'simply delicious'.
