Via the A36 (approx. 6 miles)
From Bath take the A36 to Warminster,
about 4 miles out of Bath you will come to a set of traffic lights at
the Viaduct Hotel.
Turn left at these lights onto the B3108, signposted to Bradford on Avon.
Continue on this road which climbs a long hill, at the top of the hill
you will see a signpost that points to the right, to Winsley village.
Ignore this and continue along the main road.
At the end of the road you will come to a tee junction with an island.
Turn right here toward Winsley village.
HILLCREST is situated on the left-hand side of the road on the apex of
the right hand bend. HILLCREST is surrounded by a dry stone wall and has
a five-bar gate.
Via the A4 (approx. 7 miles)
Take the A4 from Bath and turn right onto
the A363 to Bradford on Avon.
Continue on this road passing Cumberwell Golf Club on the left, keeping
on the main road toward Bradford on Avon.
On entering the outskirts of Bradford on Avon you will come to a mini
roundabout. Turn right here, signposted B3108 to Winsley.
At the next island take the first exit to Winsley.
HILLCREST is situated on the left-hand side of the road on the apex of
the right hand bend. HILLCREST is surrounded by a dry stone wall and has
a five-bar gate.
To find HILLCREST from BRADFORD on AVON
(Approx. 2 miles total distance)
From the centre of Bradford on Avon take the road to Bath (Masons Lane). At the top of the hill there is a mini roundabout with a church on the far right and on the immediate right is the Castle public house. Go straight over, following the signs for Bath. After approximately 250 yards you will come to another mini roundabout, turn left following the signs for Winsley. Follow the road for about one and a half miles when you will come to a roundabout. Take the first exit, effectively straight on into the village of Winsley. The road bends sharply to the left and then to the right, HILLCREST is situated on the left-hand side of the road on the apex of the right hand bend. HILLCREST has a dry stone wall and a five-bar gate at the front.
To find HILLCREST from M4
From Junction 18 (A46)
From junction 18 take the A46 towards
Bath. Continue on this road for approximately 8 miles and follow the signs
for the A4 towards Chippenham. You will come to an island on the A4 with
a right turn signposted to Bradford on Avon on the A363, take this road
and continue on toward Bradford on Avon passing Cumberwell Golf Club on
the left.
On entering the outskirts of Bradford on Avon you will come to a mini
roundabout. Turn right here, signposted B3108 to Winsley.
After approximately 1 mile, at the next island, take the first exit to

From Junction 17 (A350 / A429)
Exit the motorway at junction 17 taking
the A350 toward Warminster. After approximately 4½ miles, you will come
to a roundabout with the Pheasant public house on your left, turn right
at this roundabout onto the A4 towards Bath. Continue towards Bath, through
the outskirts of Corsham and through the village of Box. You will come
to an island on the A4 with a left turn signposted to Bradford on Avon
on the A363, take this road and continue on toward Bradford on Avon passing
Cumberwell Golf Club on the left.
On entering the outskirts of Bradford on Avon you will come to a mini
roundabout. Turn right here, signposted B3108 to Winsley.

Winsley. HILLCREST is situated on the left-hand side of the road on the

and has a five-bar gate.
To find HILLCREST from the South West
Travelling East on the A303 you have two choices, via the A37
or the A350:-
First option, take the A37 to Shepton
Mallet, then take the A361 to Frome, the A361 joins the A36 and you should
follow this road towards Bath, about 4 miles before Bath you will come
to a set of traffic lights at the Viaduct Hotel.
Second option, take the A350 towards Warminster.
You will pick up the A36 and you should follow this road towards Bath,
about 4 miles before Bath you will come to a set of traffic lights at
the Viaduct Hotel.
Turn right at the lights at the Viaduct
Hotel onto the B3108, signposted to Bradford on Avon. Take great care
at these lights the sequence is staggered.
