Lindisfarne is a lovely home set in attractive gardens, offering three comfortable rooms, all with private facilities. The resident proprietors, Ian & Carolyn Tiley, offer the warm welcome you would expect at a family home, with the local knowledge and personal attention guaranteed to make your stay enjoyable. There are four double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities. A full English breakfast is served in our sunny dining room or on the patio in summer.

Private parking means that you can relax without your car, taking the bus from the nearby stop. Alternatively you can enjoy the pleasant 1.5 mile walk into Bath. A five-minute walk into the village of Bathampton leads you to a couple of good restaurants and the historic local pub, The George. From the pub you can follow the towpath of the Kennet and Avon canal into the city or out towards the beautiful scenery of the Limpley Stoke valley. For the comfort of all our guests, Lindisfarne is a non-smoking establishment.

TARIFF:

From £65 - £70 per room, based on two people sharing.

Single occupancy from £40 - £45

Price includes full English breakfast and we have free parking for up to six vehicles here on site.

Payments
We normally take a third deposit at time of booking which can be paid by credit card or £sterling cheque. The balance is payable when you leave.

If you have to cancel a booking within two weeks of proposed arrival then we will retain the deposit unless we are able to fill the room.

Directions
We are well set back from the main A36 road to Warminster and you can find us on the right hand side as you leave Bath just after Down Lane. Entering Bath on the A36 from Salisbury we are the first guesthouse on the left hand side.
